Doing a testimonial for Tracy is easy.  We had a small condo in London and I mean small 597 square feet.  Tracy put it up for sale for us, and it sold for the same amount as a two bedroom, and it sold in one day.  She has an amazing photographer, making the sell even easier.  So, we purchased another property.  Again, we called on her when we needed to sell it.  The photographer did again great pictures, and Tracy did her magic, advertising it.  When no homes were being sold in that neighborhood, she got us 140,000 profit for us, but this one took her 1 week.  Then we bought again in London, a condo and she picked the perfect one.  We love our condo, love everything about it.
